Review summary

Cruise was great, but disembarkation was a horror show. Jamming people in the theater was a mess. Poor crew updates. Bad instructions. Customs hall was just as bad. We were held in line unnecessarily because of a problem with a birth certificate with the people in front of us. The line next to us was cleared three times and we were stuck in line. The agent could care less. Worst disembarkation I have ever experienced.

All fairly good, but one rear elevator was not working and someone said it had been out over a year and the ship would have to go to dry dock to repair it. It caused major congestion at times.
