Review summary

Had a great time overall for our first cruise. Would recommend this ship and ports. We will be booking again for next year with this same ship but different ports so we can do different things.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin 3256. Our room was a smaller one but worked fine for two people. We had a beautiful ocean view. Our room was warm even though I brought a fan and kept it running, the bed has extremely hard even with their “topper” which was a thin comforter under the sheets. I did see mold on the shampoo dispenser. I requested that our room attendant only come to our room upon our request. He said he wasn’t allowed to do that. We’re home and I’m still waiting on our bottle of complimentary champagne that was supposed to be in our room.

Ship tip

Purchase the complete beverage package.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas Did not visit port

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Dirty! Stray dogs everywhere, even in the open restaurants. People would come out of the woodwork while you were eating or shopping so they could sell you something. When you would politely tell them no they would act mad. I understand this is a very poor area and they need the money, but I didn’t appreciate them interrupting my time or their attitude.

Very clean, very nice, best deals if you watch closely. We did need more port time here.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Disorganized on board preparing for disembarkment. The maze to get out was exhausting, especially if you had to take your own luggage like we needed to. Customs did not have enough people working.
