Question for anyone: I’m traveling with two teens who always order sweet tea when we’re out to dinner. Sodas are rare and they would go a week without them, BUT do we need a drink package to get juice or milk at breakfast? We don’t drink alcohol, so I think we don’t need a drink package. I don’t want to pay just to have OJ with my breakfast every day. I’d rather spend that money on souvenirs. Thoughts?

I agree that non alcohol and alcohol drinks on this and other ships can take your breath away! I don’t drink much alcohol anyway and can pass altogether on a cruise. I don’t know if two things that I used on this ship still exist. I had a card that allowed 12 premium coffee drinks during the cruise and a coke package that was worth it for me, as the included water, brewed coffee and hot/iced teas, did not offer enough variety. Happy cruising.

Menus are provided with prices for the drinks. We found many normal priced drink options.

Are we talking alcohol drinks? How much are sodas?

I’ve sailed 3 different cruise lines and RC is right on par with pricing. It’s no different than going out to a bar in my local city.

Bummer. Did you buy a drink package?

Have cruises many lines and the drink prices are pretty comparable across all the “main stream” brands. Seems you had a good experience with that one exception.
