We really enjoyed the water slides. Top deck deck was a great spot to hang out with amazing views. Loved the comedy shows!

Hated the spa! I received a not so good facial and my daughter had her nails filled. She actually went back to the room and cried they were so bad. Girl that did her nails had the worst fingernails. Really disappointing. Worst spa experience ever, and I have been to a lot. Not sanitary. Not good.

Entertainment

Shows were very entertaining. The comedians were my favorite. I heard a l it of great things about Quest, but we missed it. Piano bar was fun too.

Children's Programs

Most days in the kids club were pretty fun. There was one set of teachers that didn’t like their job. 9-11 year olds, morning session, he was from Ukraine but cannot remember his name. Otherwise my kids had a good time.

Service and Staff

Outstanding service!!! So amazing how this crew does everything. Overall an exceptional group of people! I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service! Frankie, our room steward was so wonderful. No complaints!

Ship Quality

Very clean. Beautiful! Felt like we were in a city not on a ship. Loved it all!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

It was perfect. Loved having the balcony. Wish I could wake up to that everyday. Rooms are small and a little outdated, but it didn’t bother me. The views make up for everything, including the tiny bathroom;)

Balcony room. Pay attention to the cruise compass, so many things to do and time flies!

Big French Key - paradise! Would recommend booking through Royal Caribbean if your concerned for safety or are a worrier. They give you peace of mind with shore excursions.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

Book an excursion, otherwise you will be disappointed. 3 cruise ships in this little port. So crowded! No chairs anywhere.

Cozumel, Mexico

Fury Catamaran-we had a very good time. Our original excursion (cenotes and turtle cove) was cancelled due to explosives on the tourist ferries. Kind of scary. Once again Royal Caribbean had the safety of the passengers as their top priority and took the appropriate precautions to cancel certain excursions.

Disembarkation

Had to leave ship early. Waited in very long lines to get off ship. Once lines started moving the process was super fast! They have it down to a fine art!

Great Experience for All

Cruise Lines-Get A Clue I used to love cruising, but it seems that now the cruise lines want to nickle and dime you to death.
