We ate in the main dining room on the first night. Service was slow, steak had no flavor. Ate there again on the last night, service and food were great. Sabor was wonderful. Guacamole was the best.

We booked our excursion with Victor bodden tours. Our guide, Eric, was friendly and took us wherever we wanted and stopped whenever asked

We booked our tour of the Chacchoben ruins thru El Tucan Tours. They weren't allowed inside the port so we had to walk forever to get to them. Our initial guide was friendly, but at the end, he left us coming back with a driver that didn't speak English. The tour itself was great, though
