Review summary

The ship is beautiful and the staff are amazing. I cannot stress how much some of these staff members deserve to be recognized. Their welcome attitude and willingness to help made the trip comfortable and memorable. Lincoln (our cabin steward in room 2419) Savid (Waiter at Rembrandt) Bryan (Waiter at Rembrandt)

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The Rembrandt was awesome, every day, every meal, every dish. The Windjammer had plenty to choose from but the quality was lacking.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The design of deck 11 was perfect. I love how the kids pool and adults only area is divided with a community pool area. The climbing, slides, and surfing pool were great!

Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. We did have a few crew members that we found to be exceptionally awesome! Lincoln (our cabin steward in room 2419) Savid (Waiter at Rembrandt) Bryan (Waiter at Rembrandt) These staff members made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

The port was alright, but was ultimately was overwhelmingly stressful due to the quantity and persistence of the vendors. We did an excursion through ShoreFox called Roatan Wildlife Sanctuary Park and Beach. Anthony was very accommodating and made the experience great. He even tried helping when the vendors were getting overwhelming.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

5 out of 5
The waters were unstable, but the pool area at port was more than accommodating for a relaxing day full of swimming, tanning, watching dolphins, birds, and enjoying the food.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Cozumel was AMAZING. Our party had no plans, but we went and rented scooters, drove around the island, rented snorkeling gear and explored the waters. It was GREAT!

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We were delayed to disembark due to fog. We had to reschedule our flight, which wasn't a problem. The process for getting off the boat was somewhat chaotic.
