Review summary
We had a great time and the ports were excellent, we loved them all! The ship was clean and maintained. Our room was interior with a window over the promenade, which was fun.
We didn't like that the dancing was hard to find, which being a bigger ship, we thought there would be more opportunities and places to dance. One night there was a dj playing mowtown in the Sphinx room, the room was full of people having a great time, dancing, talking, buying drinks, etc., nothing was scheduled in the room after either and they shut it down after only 1 hour at 10 pm! Why?? Sometimes there would be a good dance band in the top lounge, with a tiny dance floor and nothing going on in the Sphinx.
We also like a covered adult solarium, this ship had uncovered adult area and our cruise was to New England in September, making this room almost unusable.
Food was good, not great and the bakery items (except bread) could all use some improvement!
Why is the ice cream only available for such a short time? Why not late at night?
That seems like a lot of complaining, but overall we had a great time and cruising is still our favorite way to vacation!
