Everything was great! This was great time and it was good to be back on the Liberty. The staff was friendly prompt to serve and knowledgeable. I found the following opportunities 1. The room had a lot of hair lift on carpet ..I think they may need to re-look their vacuums. The housekeeper took care of it and was very kind, I suggest better equipment. 2.Went to promenade to purchase a watch...my wife found one she liked. There was a sign for 50-70 percent off. She asked, while holding up the watch "Are all these 70 percent off" We were told yes..we decided to purchase. When he rang the watch up it came back with a price that was 60 percent off. When we questioned it..that we were told 70 percent we were told " He doesn't control prices" We asked at all levels of supervision and were told prices were controlled by the office in Miami?The staff apologized, were very kind and offered us wine, dinner...but no cost adjustment. We were told the employee needs more training. We did not make a purchase. We felt supervision should be able to provide guest recovery when mistakes are made. 3 Finally the ship areas by the Jacuzzi in the solarium (Adult) the panels overhead showed water damage and many were bubbled. Was not good to lay and look up at that. Fix please.
