This was our second cruise. Better experience than our previous one. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, we had a great time on this cruise. Great ports and beautiful ship. Entertainment needs improvement and the timings of the shows need to coordinate better with dinner.

At 70 I felt young in this crowd. Not enough variety in people or activity for younger adults. I prefer the liveliness of Princess or Royal Caribbean. Still had a good time.

Relaxing but seeing this was first cruise I don't have anything to compare to, so maybe in future I may or may not.

Nice weather and calm seas. Except for the food, shipboard life was relatively good. All of the ports of call were good.

Great Mediterranean and trans-Atlantic cruise - only disappointment is the onboard entertainment.

Graeat ports, outstanding Capt. Timmers and crew. Was very disappointed in the new music venue Rolling Stones, the sound was so loud you could not stand it. Complained to Cruise Director Tom and got B.S. response.

Overall, it was an enjoyable cruise on a very well run ship. We had a Neptune suite so we were able to utilize Club Orange. That service was the best service I've used on a cruise ship in years. Easy way to have dinner/breakfast without the hassle of reservations, waiting in lines, or being forced to have conversation when you'd rather just have a quick bite but still be served.

We loved the cruise line and all the ports we visited. Will definitely do another mediterranean cruise in the near future.

First leg great second many beautiful historical sites. (Greece) not so good.

First Cruise and we are now hooked. Was very impressed with the ship and cabins and the options available at each stop. We will definitely look at Holland America line for our next cruise.

I mostly enjoy the cruise, but the extremely noisy dining room put a damper on dinner every day. We try to avoid the dining room a few nights, but our choice is always to go to the main dining room. We heard the fixed time dining room Is not as noisy. The dining times are either too early or too late. That’s why we usually enjoy the anytime dining option. We can go based on our activities for that day.

I am glad I decided to choose this cruise. Had planned a road trip Montenrgro an Croatia, but in the end decided to go on a shiip, easy, hotel travels with you, no need to unpack, see things and get taken care of in a great way. Do a lot, relax a lot and enjoy lo ife on the ocean.

Holland was a ship we loved in the past due to traditional services rendered and we also travelled on their smaller ships. We were expecting a higher level of service, better food, bigger shows - acitivities were pretty much the same and very droll- the Pinnacle grill had great service and presentation- but food choices were not huge either. We would have loved to be thrilled to rate this cruise/ship high but feel let down and know others who shared with us, felt the same. We did find no fault with our cabin or cleanliness, guest services were great- so many old nicities are gone.. such a shame!

We were very impressed with ship. The cabin design is spacious with lots of clothes Organizer. The food is excellent with healthy in mind. Every day there is different themes of the food region , for instance, tastes of Vietnam/Japan/Korea etc, but also have all traditional food to accommodate everyone. We even have 2 night raw oysters and others Sea food. Surf and turf and lots of different hot exotic fruits. The crew members were attentive , friendly and helpful in all aspects. We were really enjoying our time and will definitely taking HollandAmericaLine again.

Great trip to see lots of ancient ruins. And traveling by cruise ship made the experience very easy and comfortable. The staff was excellent, and food was good, and the ship provided plenty to do while aboard. I would recommend this cruise.

The cruise was great and filled with many positive experiences and features. I'd recommend and would do another. The only improvement would be to adjust the Drink package to be positive for both the customer and Holland. The $11 cut off should result in a pay the difference event, not pay 100%.

Overall we enjoyed the cruise & most of the excursions. Re the entertainment, I already commented on 2 of the performances. The magician was excellent. Other entertainment was Lincoln Center, BB KING, 2 piano players & a rock band with only 1 of the 4 performing at a time. We don't care for Rock & so when they were performing there wasn't any music for us to enjoy.

Beautiful ship, classy cruise line. There is plenty to do on HAL but it’s less rowdy and more grownup than some cruise lines and that makes it a favorite for us.
