I am glad I decided to choose this cruise. Had planned a road trip Montenrgro an Croatia, but in the end decided to go on a shiip, easy, hotel travels with you, no need to unpack, see things and get taken care of in a great way. Do a lot, relax a lot and enjoy lo ife on the ocean.

Holland was a ship we loved in the past due to traditional services rendered and we also travelled on their smaller ships. We were expecting a higher level of service, better food, bigger shows - acitivities were pretty much the same and very droll- the Pinnacle grill had great service and presentation- but food choices were not huge either. We would have loved to be thrilled to rate this cruise/ship high but feel let down and know others who shared with us, felt the same. We did find no fault with our cabin or cleanliness, guest services were great- so many old nicities are gone.. such a shame!

We were very impressed with ship. The cabin design is spacious with lots of clothes Organizer. The food is excellent with healthy in mind. Every day there is different themes of the food region , for instance, tastes of Vietnam/Japan/Korea etc, but also have all traditional food to accommodate everyone. We even have 2 night raw oysters and others Sea food. Surf and turf and lots of different hot exotic fruits. The crew members were attentive , friendly and helpful in all aspects. We were really enjoying our time and will definitely taking HollandAmericaLine again.

Great trip to see lots of ancient ruins. And traveling by cruise ship made the experience very easy and comfortable. The staff was excellent, and food was good, and the ship provided plenty to do while aboard. I would recommend this cruise.

The cruise was great and filled with many positive experiences and features. I'd recommend and would do another. The only improvement would be to adjust the Drink package to be positive for both the customer and Holland. The $11 cut off should result in a pay the difference event, not pay 100%.

Overall we enjoyed the cruise & most of the excursions. Re the entertainment, I already commented on 2 of the performances. The magician was excellent. Other entertainment was Lincoln Center, BB KING, 2 piano players & a rock band with only 1 of the 4 performing at a time. We don't care for Rock & so when they were performing there wasn't any music for us to enjoy.

Beautiful ship, classy cruise line. There is plenty to do on HAL but it’s less rowdy and more grownup than some cruise lines and that makes it a favorite for us.

Super fun trip. I would have liked one more sea day just for relaxation. Holland is a great cruise line - I highly recommend. This particular cruise had lots of ports so it was very fast paced. We spent a few days in Rome on the front and back end, I would recommend this so you can enjoy this beautiful city a little more, not enough time otherwise.

I am really glad we went on this cruise. It was our first time in Spain and this part of France and Italy. I now know what areas I would like to revisit.

This was an excellent cruise and itinerary despite some bumps along the way as described above. The ship is beautiful and well maintained. This was probably the friendliest cruise that we have been on out of 14 cruises in terms of the passengers. The average age was 50 -70 years of well travelled people with most passengers doing 20 plus days. A very interesting group. The ship had many varied activities for the guests which were for the most part well prepared. The entertainment was skilled and varied. The only thing I think Holland America should reconsider is the Club Orange, which based on my discussions with other guests, think it is an elitist concept that is not consistent with the friendliness and inclusiveness that is promoted with the Holland America line and its position in the marketplace. They should leave this concept to the other lines that cater to the upper class.

The cruise was a wonderful experience. The ship was amazing and the tours were great.

6 different nights we had to move the clock ahead and hour. I haven't gotten back on USA time yet. It's funny, I'm not tired. Once I got over the fact that there wasn't something going on every minute I got into the groove and really enjoyed the cruise. The captain, the crew, the staff, everyone was so pleasant. I can't say enough. I would definitely do this cruise again and would definitely cruise Holland America again.

Great relaxing and entertaining cruise on a nice ship with excellent staff.

Best experience ever. Beaches were beautiful, ship is clean, staff friendly, food exceptional. Easy on and easy off.

Good cruise at a good price. We have done many cruises with HA world wide, visited many port and enjoyed all of our experiences both on board and In port.

Good cruise, need to add some daytime activities on board.

We found our first time on HAL a great experience. The Kossingsdam was newer ship and well maintained. We liked the food and room and would go again.

This was our first time to this part of the Caribbean. Islands were good, Aruba was probably the best. In hind sight I prefer the Virgin Islands.

Great experience with so much to do and the service was awesome!
