Nice weather and calm seas. Except for the food, shipboard life was relatively good. All of the ports of call were good.

Food mediocre at best, especially the buffets. Poor variety but, most importantly, it did not look appetizing and the meat and chicken, in most meals, just did not taste good. If this were an on-land restaurant at home I would not return after one visit. Hand washing machine are great.

Room steward was excellent. Most of the wait staff was good. Some of the buffet staff were a bit rude, ex. when walking towards you, on many occasions, you had to move out of their way, even when they were not carrying trays or other items.

Good size, nice bathroom, night light was great, plenty of storage, good entertainment system. The room was presented as an unobstructed Verandah Stateroom. Not so, when standing or sitting on the balcony, the only way to get an unobstructed view was to look up into the sky. Otherwise, when you looked down towards the ocean, all you saw was the tops of the rescue boats. Not a nice view and certainly not worth the additional expense for a balcony. It looked like most of the deck 5 Verandah Staterooms had this view. I have a picture if anyone is interested.
Ship tip
If you want a decent balcony get a deck 6 or higher room. Also, bring along a lot of snacks.
