We really enjoyed be away from Florida during the cold spell. Weather was great!

Had a great time! Food was always lukewarm-disappointing. Service staff were wonderful!

Holland America is our second choice of cruise lines because they Nickle and dime you for every thing. Oceania our preferred line because no extra charge for specialty restaurants, sodas, water, activities. Would still do the Konsingdam again if Oceania not available.

We had a great trip. We did have some initial problems with dining reservations. When we purchased our trip, we were told there were some problems with the computer in making early dinner reservations. The agent assured us that we could do that once we got on board. However, we learned that early dinner reservations were not possible since these had been all booked full many months prior to even sailing out. We are vegetarians, and we learned that we needed to select our menu every day for the next day's dinner. We gave up after three nights of trying and just went up to the Lido thereafter.

Had a very relaxing, but exciting cruise. We enjoyed both Island activities as well as the on board activities. Made lots of new friends. Good Cruise!!!

This was our second cruise. Better experience than our previous one. Very relaxed atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the ship and the staff. The weather was perfect and the ports were beautiful. Even though we didn't have enough to do during the sea days we took the opportunity to rest up. I would highly recommend Holland America. They definitely have the best food of any cruise line that we have sailed with.

Overall, we had a great time on this cruise. Great ports and beautiful ship. Entertainment needs improvement and the timings of the shows need to coordinate better with dinner.

At 70 I felt young in this crowd. Not enough variety in people or activity for younger adults. I prefer the liveliness of Princess or Royal Caribbean. Still had a good time.

Relaxing but seeing this was first cruise I don't have anything to compare to, so maybe in future I may or may not.

Nice weather and calm seas. Except for the food, shipboard life was relatively good. All of the ports of call were good.

Great Mediterranean and trans-Atlantic cruise - only disappointment is the onboard entertainment.

Graeat ports, outstanding Capt. Timmers and crew. Was very disappointed in the new music venue Rolling Stones, the sound was so loud you could not stand it. Complained to Cruise Director Tom and got B.S. response.

Overall, it was an enjoyable cruise on a very well run ship. We had a Neptune suite so we were able to utilize Club Orange. That service was the best service I've used on a cruise ship in years. Easy way to have dinner/breakfast without the hassle of reservations, waiting in lines, or being forced to have conversation when you'd rather just have a quick bite but still be served.

We loved the cruise line and all the ports we visited. Will definitely do another mediterranean cruise in the near future.

First leg great second many beautiful historical sites. (Greece) not so good.

First Cruise and we are now hooked. Was very impressed with the ship and cabins and the options available at each stop. We will definitely look at Holland America line for our next cruise.

I mostly enjoy the cruise, but the extremely noisy dining room put a damper on dinner every day. We try to avoid the dining room a few nights, but our choice is always to go to the main dining room. We heard the fixed time dining room Is not as noisy. The dining times are either too early or too late. That’s why we usually enjoy the anytime dining option. We can go based on our activities for that day.

I am glad I decided to choose this cruise. Had planned a road trip Montenrgro an Croatia, but in the end decided to go on a shiip, easy, hotel travels with you, no need to unpack, see things and get taken care of in a great way. Do a lot, relax a lot and enjoy lo ife on the ocean.
