Review summary

Favorite things: Tracy Arm excursion / hiking along the river in Juneau / White Pass Train in Skagway, and then afterwards, taking the long walk to the historic cemetery, and then from there hiking to Lower Reid Falls — beautiful.

Just didn’t think the food was nearly as good as the fare I experienced on our last Holland cruise. The quality of the Lido Market had really declined, which makes me sad.

The dance show was excellent. We enjoyed the talks at the World Stage as well (BettyAnn did well!). The comedian, Azeem, was great too.

Eddy, our dining room waiter was excellent. Lido servers were not very friendly/customer focused.

Ship tip

Avoid the Lido Market. It’s overly crowded, probably due to all the space that’s now consumed by the various specialty dining areas. The crowd in the Lido dining area really took the enjoyment away. My sister and I both picked up an upper respiratory bug, viral bronchitis I believe. Take immune support before you travel.
