Holland America need to up their game substantially on the food side of the business.
The daytime activities were sadly lacking. I usually love the lectures but not these ones.

I was very disappointed in the lido. The food was so repetitive and boring and sadly not hot. The desserts were desperately lacking. Bits of tasteless cake, jelly in shot glasses and their world famous bread and butter pudding with colourless tasteless runny custard. Really!!
The pinnacle grill was really nice but be prepared for massive portions.

The cabin was as expected and I could not fault the cleanliness. It was nice to have a proper shower door. I would not recommend this cabin if you are going on a warm tropical cruise as the noise from moving sun loungers above would be annoying. For an Alaskan cruise it was absolutely fine.
Shops all selling the same things. If you are a military veteran or law enforcement officer you get discount when buying tickets for the very entertaining lumberjack show at their box office.
