Plan on doing a LOT Of walking as you snake through the various checkpoints. You must do VeriFLY and arriveCanada prior to going to the terminal or you'll have to do it on your phone there.

Fresh fish especially good in the main dining room. You need to look at the food at the buffet and make wise choices. Lots of stuff made while you wait, omelettes, stir fry, carving stations, salads. Why would you take a premade breakfast sandwich that has bee sitting there for hours?
Onboard Activities

Ship has a sports court that was primarily used for pickleball. Not a very athletic crowd on the koningsdam.
Entertainment

Main showroom just had the Holland America Dance Troupe, 3 similar shows, kind of boring. Other venues had classical, rock and roll and billboard. Average talent all around.

didn't bring kids. Very few on this cruise

Wath out for very long shore excursions (5+ hours). Most of the time spent getting to a destination then a little bit of play time.
