The itinerary of this cruise is perfect for someone who is a first-time visitor to the Greek islands. The selection of the Greek islands provided an excellent overview of Greece. The addition of Ephesus in Turkey provided the best example of how to show the history of this region of the world. Ephesus is a "must-see" designation on this cruise.

Book your shore excursions before sailing since the ports on the cruise have very popular excursions that can sell out.
The city of Mykonos is beautiful, unfortunately the tour of Delos was way too long. Spending 2 hours on Delos was a painful experience and then returning to Mykonos and wait until 2:30 pm for lunch was a big mistake on this excursion. The Best of Delos and Mykonos tour needs to be renamed, since the time in Delos was way too long for this ancient site.
Santorini is beautiful, but the crowds were overwhelming. The process of returning to the ship was challenging and involved long lines. Give yourself plenty of time to return to the ship.
