Overall, I would go on this cruise again. We selected it due to the ports. It was a great vacation and going on a newer ship is always fabulous.

They were super and organized! My favorite part was that we were able to get in our room immediately which has not happened on other lines.

Very crowded and hard to get in the dining rooms. Tables are not with just your party unless you get lucky and while reservations aren't required, if you can get them it's always for after 8pm. Lido was the buffet, but not traditional....they serve you. Great for sanitation, but difficult if you are impatient.

Service wasn't up to par. They def need more people on the ship working! Also, I think because they already know they are getting a tip, they don't work as hard as they could.

Cabin was unexpectedly large. I had a great balcony and the showers in the rooms are twice the size of other older ships.
Ship tip
Visit the Crowe's Nest often on deck 12. A bit of a hidden secret.
It was hot and a very crowded. If you don't want to sit on the beach, don't go. They had a nice lunch buffet, but you could have eaten just as well on the ship. This also is a tender situation.
Port is owned by cruise lines and they likely don't want you to leave so you spend money there. I did go to downtown area in a taxi, but it really was not worth it.
I agree. Just sailed this ship and rwturned March 7th. I too vhose this ship and line because of the ports, which were great. However, I have sailed HAL previously but this ship could not compare. It was a beautiful ship.
