The food in the buffet was Old Country Buffet quality. Everything was dry and either over or undercooked. Raw pork roast is a NO NO NO. Sandwiches had wrong labels. cold eggs, cold mashed potatoes, brown chicken, just ick ick ick. Room service food was mediocre at best. Main DR food was nothing special and always lukewarm and the portions were super small. The food at Pinnacle and Tamarind was however OUTSTANDING.

Rudest bartenders I've ever encounterd on a cruise. The entire area was constantly filthy with trash and empty glasses everywhere. In 10 days there was only 1 day that they had pool towels avaiable.

The entertainment was ametuer and the theater was so small and needs an update desperately.

Service and Staff

The language barrier in the restaurants becomes a problem when they can't understand what you are ordering. So many times we were served the wrong thing. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, but there were a handful that clearly didn't belong in the travel industry at all. Big shout out to Slam and EJi our stewards for their impeccible service.

The railings were always dirty so everytime you walked down the stairs and held the railings you had to wash your hands.. The pool area's were always littered with dirty dishes and wet towels.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very nice cabin with all the storage you could ask for. The shower was heaven and the Elemis products were exactly what your hair needs after a day in the sun and water. The bedding was super soft and luxurious. 5 live TV channels ( 4 of the news ) is ridiculous and a bit absurd for one of the more pricey cruises. Movie selection was extensive though, so there is that. Balcony was spacious and exactly as described. We really loved our room and it was probably one of the only things on our 10 day cruise that we enjoyed.

Ship tip

Complaints: 1. Food was never cooked to correct temperature in Dining room or buffett. The quality was comparable to Applebees or TGI Fridays. 2. The canned pop was served warm...Seriously!? 3. The ship is pretty dirty and the pool areas are a mess. 4. Everything pretty much closes up at 9 pm. 5. The internet is very $$$$ and it takes 10 min to get a connection, for which you are charged for. Very laggy and not reliable. 6. Many elevators were out of business during peak times. 1. $70 for unlimited laundry service was a godsend. 2. Elemis spa products in bathroom 3. Slam and Eji our stewards 4. Ports were gorgeous and the excursions were outstanding. BE AWARE THAT WE RETURNED TO FORT LAUDERDALE WITH FOOD POISIONING IN ADDITION TO HAVING STOMACH ISSUES THOROUGHT THE CRUISE. ALSO, PURCHASED THE $25 PER PERSON PRIORITY LUGGAGE SERVICE AND THEY FAILED TO SEND MY LUGGAGE TO THE AIRPORT. HERE WE ARE 3 DAYS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO LUGGAGE.

@RWP ...I’m super glad you had a great cruise. That’s the whole point! It doesn’t negate the fact that our experience was vastly different from yours.

Sorry to hear how unhappy you were.. must have been a long 10 days..I always keep an opened mind when I cruise. Always find the good far outweighs the bad. A positive attitude goes a long ways.

I was on this cruise. WE MUST HAVE BEEN IN A DIFFERENT WORLD ON A DIFFERENT SHIP!! None of your comments were what me and my party of eight observed.

Not sure why all of my review wasn’t posted but we both came home with horrible gastrointestinal issues. My husband had food poisoning. Also purchased priority baggage service @ $25 per person so our bags would be delivered to the airport on departure day. HA never sent my luggage to the airport and 3 days later I still have not received my suitcase.
