Great cruise but not relaxing . Ports everyday and Holland excursions all cramped buses. Sea days only in the beginning and at the end . Too many lines at the buffet. By the time you got what you needed for lunch or breakfast , everything cold.

Food was great , also great selections but at the buffet you had to be served everything , nothing was available for self serve , not even salad dressings. So you had to wait in lines for everything . Huge hassle going to the buffets. Wish the dining room was open more often. Chairs so heavy at buffet , couldn't move them.

Never saw cruise director except for a minute before entertainment in main theater. Pool at the rear of the ship was for smokers , couldn't stand to spend a minute there. Shops were terrible , poor selection and everything so expensive.

Stageshows and entertainment was the best. Great pianists , Natalie and Ashley in the piano bar....fantastic . BB King allstars were fantastic blues band ....loved them . String Quartet ....wonderful. Wish there had been more entertainment poolside and better movies .

Great design , room was small and hard to access the phone in our room m on far side of bed. Lots of lounges and great nooks for reading a book.

Bed and cleanliness were perfect. Phone hard to access , on wrong side of the bed. Room small but well designed.
Ship tip
Go to entertainment in the lounges , so professional and so good. Just as good as going to a concert that cost mega bucks. Definitely the highlight of the ship. Service also the best.
Guide could hardly speak English . She would leave bus and not care if group got along or not . Didn't know where we were going . Stopped at market and bathroom break , had 20 min. Long line for bathroom had no time to see market and had far to walk to get there, all the stops were rushed . Bus very cramped , could not sit in seat without putting legs in the aisle. AC not working well and bus sounded like it was not going to make it . Terrible excursion , long day couldn't wait to get back to ship. Guide the worst,
Went with Shore Excursions rather than ship excursion. Wonderful experience. Had a van for just the 4 of us . Went to great places , lots of leg room and not rushed . Loved it , and cheaper than Holland excursion.
