It was a good cruise. May not recommend it though

Felt cruise ports were well selected, with great service by the crew. The internet was overpriced, and unreliable. Food quality has definitely seen a downgrade in consistency.

Our cruise was relaxing and it fit our desired vacation plans.

Jewel delivered all that we expected and more (entertainment!). Still smiling as a remember all the smiling dace from the crew.

We have always been pleased with Jewel of the Seas in the past, as well as with Royal Caribbean. Now they have less help and provide less service, but the tips are the same. Several of the bartenders provided very meager drink portions....And, the food was just not very good. RC can definitely do better.

My first cruise with the Royal Caribbean and it was so much fun and lots of good food and friendly staff. Really want to travel again in the near future

A very clean, amazing ship with great service. We wish the ship had more to do for teenagers and had a bigger pool but other than that it was an amazing experience and we can't wait to go on another cruise.

We really enjoyed this cruise. The ship was older but small and very nice. Entertainment was really good and a great band (can't remember name) in the Centrum. The Main Dining Room was not a good experience but the buffet was good. Our main complaint was MDR food and internet. We wouldn't hesitate to book this ship again.

I had a great time with my family! I was disappointed with Royal Caribbean and their standards being lowered too much. Wish I had chosen another cruise line this time.

This is a great cruise that is family friendly and a lot of fun things to do on the ship and on the different islands. Recommend to anyone that is looking for an exciting trip with excellent service all the way around.

I will not be cruising with Royal Caribbean after a family cruise already scheduled in May! Wish I could cancel it but haven't seen some siblings in years. I will be bringing a jar of peanut butter along though. No carving stations open in Windjammer when I was there. The experience was too expensive for what we received!!! Even the Loyalty person Juntao Pei discounted my thoughts and was short with me! Did 3 cruises in 4 months and my opinions don't matter... I don't expect yours to matter to Herr either!

Relaxing and pampered. Ready to book another cruise to different ports of call. Would like to take an Alaska land tour but Royal was a good ship with plenty of excitement.

It was a great experience, and we plan to schedule another trip shortly.

This was our first Royal Carribean cruise and our first cruise since the pandemic began. We are glad that we went. However, we have done 5 other cruises, mostly on Princess and we found those to be a better experience - especially the food.

As stated,Ports were excellent, insufficient time to enjoy Bonaire. Too much time at sea for such a small ship.

Our first cruise was amazing. Everything we hoped for and so much more. Thank you to CruiseOnly for making this happen with little effort on our part. Will definitely be taking another one next year!

Good time. Easy with sail pass for ports of call and on the ship. Would take another cruise with royal Caribbean in the future.

This cruise ship was our first on Royal Caribbean and we will never travel with them because the food quality was poor and we got sick on the ship. They also charged us for pool towels in which we didn't have in our possession. I would not recommend this ship. They did not notify us that 66 other people got sick on the ship and they are not aware why but hey we learned from this experience to do our research much more better for next time.

It was great for a 4 day cruise. There were plenty of areas on the ship to relax. Only thing the drinks were super expressive. The drink package cost more than the price of a balcony room for the cruise.
