Review summary

Felt cruise ports were well selected, with great service by the crew. The internet was overpriced, and unreliable. Food quality has definitely seen a downgrade in consistency.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Specialty restaurants were not worth the extra price. Buffet had variety, but overall felt this was a big downgrade from previous sail last in 2008.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Good variety of activities to enjoy.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Felt cruise director catered to older crowd in planned activities.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Attentive, reliable service makes this cruise line stand out. Crew goes extra mile to take care of passengers, and make them feel welcomed, and appreciated. Neilbert, who welcomed guests in dining room, was a true gem, always making guests feel welcomed, appreciated, and adding humor to make guests comfortable. He is a true asset for the company in providing kind words, and his passion for his job.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Easy to navigate, and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Bed comfort should be improved. Was of adequate size, and attendant kept room clean.

Ship tip

Don’t pay for upgraded dining experiences. Can’t relay on internet package, which would drop randomly, and had errors for initial setup.
