Review summary

This cruise ship was our first on Royal Caribbean and we will never travel with them because the food quality was poor and we got sick on the ship. They also charged us for pool towels in which we didn't have in our possession. I would not recommend this ship. They did not notify us that 66 other people got sick on the ship and they are not aware why but hey we learned from this experience to do our research much more better for next time.

We always had to keep looking for a server and the person whom cleaned our stateroom was always taking forever to clean our room and we had to call him to come clean our stateroom.

So unfortunate you had a bad experience. We love Radiance class ships on RC. We are looking forward to Jewel. The smaller ships do not have true Broadway shows just stage productions. We sailed on Brilliance and Serenade and the food was pretty good especially the MDR.

We have sailed on Jewel without any issues. As far as food is concerned, all cruise lines have made changes to menus and in some cases quality of food. the pandemic has cost them billions of dollars and all of them are trying to recover their losses. I agree the food quality went down but we still enjoy cruising and food is not on our priority list.
