Review summary

Royal Caribbean has done it again. Immediately after my wife and I reached Diamond Plus status RC: created new menus (awful), prohibited access to the concierge club for Diamond Plus members, cut back and in some cases removed room amenities and has now cut back on room attendant service. RC created a lifestyle on board that cruisers enjoyed and in most cases could not find with last based vacation resorts. Over twenty years of sailing with RC we find more and more is being taken away, all in the name of corporate profit. Don't get me wrong, they are a corporation and must make a profit, but they now seem to be squeezing more and more out of the faithful. Especially those that have been loyal to Royal.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Embarkation went slow. Checked in with no problem but were forced to stand for 20 minutes before being allowed to board. With a disability this was difficult.
