Relaxing, the rough seas couldn't be helped on the last day at sea.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was great in the specialty restaurants, the buffet had a lot of choices but the food was sometimes lukewarm. Dining room was excellent.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Used the Pool, track, fitness center, hot tubs, spa, and mini golf course. The mini golf course was not the best, need real golf balls so the wind doesn't blow them around. The pools and hot tub were great, except people would stay in the hot tubs to long, and would 'reserve' lounge chairs in the centrum and pool area by placing items on the chairs and then disappearing for hours. The fitness center was great. The spa was excellent.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Shows were entertaining, and the performers were wonderful.
Children's Programs
No children with us.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service was excellent, our room steward fulfilled any request we had, and did a wonderful job with our stateroom. All of the waiters and ships personnel were friendly and welcoming.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Ships layout was ok, we often had to walk by other staterooms to get where we wanted to go. The ship was cleaned daily.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Cabin was wonderful. The only issue was no outlets by the bed for a CPAP machine use, or for a white noise machine at night.
Bermuda is expensive. The port at Kings wharf was great, a couple of good restaurants and plenty of shops. The ferry didn't run late which means expensive taxi rides to Front Street for dining and shopping. We did a kayak excursion that was really fun.
The island seamed dirty. Lots of trash flying around and loose/ abandoned dogs. We did a jet ski excursion that i would not recommend. The 3.5 hour excursion was 1 hour on the jet ski, the rest was travel time, & signing waivers. The company was understaffed.
We are hoping to return to Puerto Rico again after this visit. We did the Old San Juan excursion and had a great time wandering around the city, shopping, and dining.
We were late disembarking, and had an excursion to get to. The ship should let the excursions go first so they can get out of the way. Unfortunately they had groups 1-4 disembark at the same time and it was a zoo. Outside at the buses, guide ropes are needed and direction need to be better. People were just walking up and cutting the line which was irritating.
