There were more CDs on this 12 day segment but it was well worth the ports. Iceland is very different and has some very interesting topography.

Embarkation

This was one of three consecutive Cruises so I did not get off the ship

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
When you do consecutive cruises the entertainment during the day is repetitive. I’m not saying it was bad it was just the same as the last cruise.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
This ship does not have the entertainment that’s a larger Royal Caribbean ships have. This is your general cruise ship entertainment with special guests that come aboard like jugglers, piano singers, magicians, etc.

Efficient solo Cabin.

Ship tip

This is a good ship to get into the smaller cities where the larger ships cannot dock.

Ports of call

Belfast, Northern Ireland

5 out of 5
Belfast surprised me. It is a beautiful town with many areas for shipbuilding so therefore it is a little industrial but the sites to see are incredible and very historic.

Akureyri, Iceland

5 out of 5
This is an overnight stop and I took a long excursion to see much of the area. The city is located in the northern part of Iceland therefore you get to see all of the interesting sites in that area.

Reykjavik, Iceland

5 out of 5
This was another overnight stop and I took a long excursion on this one too to be able to see the southern part of Iceland.

Cobh (Cork), Ireland

5 out of 5
This little village, well it used to be a little village 15 years ago but it has grown at least three times the size of the last time I was here. It still is very historic and you have to be in pretty good physical shape to walk around because it is built into a side of a hill. You can take a round trip via train to Cork for 7 euro.

Liverpool, England

5 out of 5
Loved, loved, loved Liverpool. We docked right downtown and that made it very easy to walk around to see everything there is to see.

Amsterdam, Netherlands
