Review summary
I cruised the week before the Jewel went into dry dock. Almost all services went downhill all week. We were never able to get in touch with our room steward. The Windjammer customer service was very poor. I have been saying for years that there should be someone patrolling the pool area since parents can't seem to do it. Guest Services was outstanding. All in all our experience was less than average.
