After traveling on several cruises and among several different cruise lines, I was very pleased with the Royal Caribbean experience. The service was outstanding at dinner and in the staterooms. There was no pressure on the cruise to purchase alcohol, although there was a lack in the number of servers asking for alcohol during the daytime/poolside hours. In contrast, the cruise was at a new island every day. Being at different islands takes away the feeling of being "trapped" on a cruise. Great itinerary. Great meals. The shows after dinner were weak at the start, but greatly improved by the last 3 days. Although there were plenty of spaces for entertainment, there was a lack of late night dancing, likely from layout of a few of the bars (all were in a row and only about 10-15 people there when they could hold 100s).
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Excellent meals, prepared to perfection.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Cannot really comment as most of the days were at an island.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Beginning of the cruise had entertainment that was very weak. But by the end of the cruise, the entertainment was outstanding. Would consider having a different Beatles impersonating group.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The waitress and assistant waiter were by far the best working pair I have had on a cruise. The Waitress (Daniella?) was outstanding. She spoiled us with dinner selections and every evening would give us tips for the day about the next island. She went above and beyond compared to other cruises I have been on. Both her and the assistant waiter knew our drink orders before even sitting down. Exceptional Service. Stateroom attendant was also perfect. Never a moment that the room and bathroom were not spotless.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The ship was a bit dated, but well kept.
Cabin / Stateroom

Well kept, clean. TV was a bit outdated.
Ship tip
Many of the restaurants and bars appear hidden on this ship. Did take some investigating and eventually found some interesting seating locations.
