Review summary
This is our 5th RCCL cruise. We have sailed 3x now out of Puerto Rico. The cruise was lovely. As expected. The food was very good, plentiful ( my son and brother in law always ordered multiple entrees) and our service was fine, not excellent but fine. OUr waiter was very nice, as our asst. waiter. What we did see is from the past where you pay your tips at end of week per your discretion, our tips are now mandatory and put on you bill every day. I cant give them an "excellent" along with our cabin steward. They did fine but there was NOT that extra step taken . The only EXCELLENT we would give is in Chops restuaruant. They exceeded our expectations. Im sorry but we feel that if they know tips are already going to them, they dont work for that extra step!!!!!!!!!!Ship experiences

Ship tip
IF YOU ARE TRAVELEING WITH YOUR CHILDREN WHO ARE OF AGE TO DRINK AND PROVED IT AT CHECK IN, THERE ARE SOME IDIOTIC BARTENDERS WHO STILL ASKED MY SON FOR HIS ID....... TOTALLY RIDICULOUS WHEN HE ALREADY GOT HIS SEAPASS CARD AND PROVED HIS AGE WITH HIS PASSPORT. BARTENDER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL TO US WHEN WE QUESTIONED THE RIDICULOUSNESS OF HIM ASKING.
