The ship was very well organized. Was surprised the shopping area on the ship was small compared to other Royal Caribbean cruises we have been on. Also we missed the daily news updates on World affairs that usually were in your room daily. I liked that they were very concerned for germs and had several hand anti-bacteria stations everywhere on the ship and also upon leaving the ship and then again returning.

Food and Dining

The Dining and Food was outstanding. We personally did not go to other specialty restaurants. Others at our table did, and they only had very high opinions of them. We requested to sit with 8 + and we had a very super group of people. Very interesting and talkative group of people that we enjoyed immensely. Our Waiter and Assistant were so professional, courteous and helpful. Looked forward to seeing the group each night to see what each had enjoyed during there off shore trips.
Entertainment

We did love the entertainment on board and tried to make them all. However, we missed the magician and were so very sorry, as everyone talked how good he was.
Service and Staff

Everyone was so nice and helpful, we had a 10 day cruise and only had one bad experience while on the craps table, the female stick person was rather surly and rude. Our Stateroom attendant even was able to get an extension cord so we could use our water pick. Our Waiter would give us a run down of what was happening the next day and times of getting off ship and return times which was really helpful. Also would remind us of the next days entertainment.
Ship Quality

The ship was always very clean. Easy to remember where everything was at and easy to get to. Super Bowl parties in the bar and also the main Theater was great fun.
Cabin / Stateroom

First time having a Balcony and we truly loved it and recommend it to everyone. Will be back for the balcony in future cruises. We were on the 9th floor and it was beautiful. Our room was kept so very nice daily, and if any thing was needed our room attendant was very helpful in getting things. Had plenty of room to unpack and put everything away without having to move everything around daily. It was very well organized for our convenience. Our bed was as comfy as home.
We went on the rain forest tram, I was disappointed as it was about 20 minutes then up a walking ramp, however, we did see the Panama Canal there. Then back down and return tram to where we started. I expected to go for and hour on the tram and not just the same route.
Well we did a ship excursion, that took us around the harbor, wish I would have gone to the beach instead. If I was told that there was a beautiful beach I would have been there.
