Review summary

I felt guest relations was very vexing. not polite when had questions , very sharp with their tongue. Also when going down for tending boat to island one worker cut our line off and sent us to the end of a line twice. We lost our #2 ticket spot two times and wondered why we needed a ticket if they weren't honoring it. the people on the ship seamed like they didn't like their jobs very well and it transferred over to the passengers. Saw many,many frustrated people including us. Put a big damper on this expensive trip.

would have liked to seen lobster . This staff we enjoyed, they were very polite. would have liked a table for our party of 6 and not have to sit with strangers.

only open on saturday. we missed it because we were at north side of island. would have liked to be informed that it was closed on Sunday so we could have seen it. we would have changed our days around.
