We booked our cruise through American Airlines - I'm not sure I would do this again. It felt like we were on our own and received different responses whenever I called. I had to figure things out on my own and honestly, didn't feel that our rep had our best interest at heart. Really disappointing and feel our rep could have helped us, such as the transportation to/from the port. We ended up spending double on transportation than we had to, which was greatly disappointing.

The main dining room was fine ... service was a bit slow but overall, pretty decent. The specialty restaurant was actually pretty good. Service at the Bayou restaurant was iffy ... our server was edgy and at times, pretty rude.
Drinks at The Crooner were amazing and fun ... a group of people would sit at the bar each night and chat about life! It was great!
My only comment is wishing they had more options for food - more restaurant choices.
Onboard Activities

Since it was pretty cold outside, we did not use the pool However, we had one opportunity to hit the pickle ball court, which was fun! Additionally, we really enjoyed watching a movie outdoors (screen needs to be replaced) under the stars ... super fun!

With the exception of one person, everyone was great and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Really enjoyed it.

We had a mini-suite and it was fantastic! It came with a bath tub!!!! Loved it, loved the location, loved the space! We would do it again!
Ship tip
We scheduled tours at every stop ... would not do that again. Does not give enough time to really explore the culture of the city.
World Travel Holdings is good to get extra points in some things like Marriott or AA, but that company (and all the sub names) is hit or miss on the service, my first was a great experience, my last one I had to keep correcting him, and even then, our cabin got moved. But glad you had a great trip otherwise!
