Any time dining. James Banaag (waiter) and Salvador Evangelista (junior waiter) were EXCELLENT! Food was delivered - on time. Right temperature. James and Salvador - are gentlemen and true pros.

The casino was fun - won over a thousand dollars. Flynn (bartender), Kevelyn (bar steward) and Ryan (bar steward) were fun; drinks delivered quickly - with a friendly greeting.

Pre-pay gratuity and purchase the internet package. Purchase show excursions prior to boarding.
Go to the lecture on board - detailing the history of the Canal (the day prior to sailing). For the best view - get up early on the day of partial passage - and head to the front of the ship.
