Review summary
This was our fifth cruise on Princess. We were very disappointed with their service particularly in the dining room. When boarding I was told I could buy the premium beverage package on the first or second day. When I went to purchase it on the second day, I was told the employee told me incorrectly and they refused to sell it to me. I tallied my expenditures for beverages and It cost me an extra $150 over the cost of the package. All they could say is "we are sorry". They should have made the exception since I was mislead.Embarkation
