Review summary
The ports were great and the food was good. The excursions had great staff. The really disappointing thing was that we were paid for a balcony room to watch the glaciers and then were given a room that had a known problem with noise and were still required to pay full price for the room. They do not give refunds for a portion of the room cost because of these problems. this should have been a discounted room and they never should have put a full fare passenger into this room. Princess will give you a call back after you finally get through to customer service to tell you how sorry they are and that they are listening to your complaint - but too bad nothing they can do.Embarkation

Ship tip
Don't stay in B355 or any other room on a service wall - pipes running through the walls make noises all night - really loud where it wakes you.
