Met all of my expectations.

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The canal itself is the main attraction and it is an amazing story and engineering feat. grand Cayman had some of the liveliest reefs I have seen anywhere. The ship was new and fresh in nearly everything. I do wish there was a bit more time allowed in ports, but due to travel times, this was not possible. There is enough time for excursions, but not for walking around the ports. However, walking too far off the beaten track in Colon is not recommended anyway.

Cabin / Stateroom
No complaints. Comfy bed, enough space to move around. Great balcony views.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Our stop in Limon was cancelled due to no fault of anyone, but other ports all worked well.
Onboard Activities
Very little participation form guests. The staff offered, but few participated in sports events. Probably due to average age of cruisers. This is not a young persons ship.
Children's Programs Did not use, but there was little available for only 5 kids on board.
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
Oranjestad, Aruba
Cartagena, Colombia
Panama Canal (Cruise Into Canal)
Be sure to move around ship during the crossing to see form different perspectives.
Colon, Panama
Too many street vendors.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Food is a bit pricey, but excellent snorkel and scuba.

If selecting anytime dining you can still make reservation by calling shortly after 9am. Do this if you plan to dine at prime times like between 6 and 7:30PM. Sharing a table is good idea if you want to meet people.
