Review summary

Enjoyable cruise would we go back on Iona probably if the price was right But probably in a couple of years time.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Could not have been better was organised and took minutes to get through all the checks and onboard

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was OK but not the best we have had on cruise ships, we had speciality restaurant meals which were worth the extra charge Staff in the M D R were OK one or two stood out above the rest.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Found most of the staff were good and service was OK no complaints but think due to staff working so many hours affects their moral which comes across some times to the customer

Ship Quality

2 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabin was OK storage is an issue but did not affect the overall experience of the cruise. Cabin steward was hardly seen, but Cabin was clean each day missed the little extras like towels art chocolates on the pillows.

Ship tip

You will enjoy it just remember to book as much as you can in advance to save disappointment onboard
