WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE , THE ITINERARY WAS VERY NICE , I WAS A ONE TIME TRIP

Beware of the offer of $100 on-board credit for stockholders. They don't honor it for "sale" prices. I've never seen an offer for a cruise that isn't a "sale". I complained in writing after carefully reviewing their Terms and Conditions which list all the exclusions and sales were not excluded. Never got a response, so while on-board, I complained in-person. They checked with "headquarters" and I got the on-board credit the next day. A lot of work for $100, but it was the principle.

We booked another cruise this summer on the same ship, so that should tell you all you need to know!

We had a mix of wonderful, mediocre, and disappointing meals. Also, few of our port arrivals were late causing us to miss seeing planned sights. I know some of these delays could have also been due to the port not clearing us to dock promptly but some were not. My biggest issue was the day we returned to the ship and the crew was wearing masks. We asked if there was an outbreak of Covid and we’re told that “Everything is fine, it’s just a precaution “. It was NOT fine. I realize travel is a risky venture since Covid but find their lack of transparency surprising. Honesty and up front awareness of onboard illness gives us all a better chance to protect ourselves.

A luxury cruise is supposed to provide just that. The customer service is why you pay extra. Customer service did not even seem to be on Oceania's radar. They were understaffed with a poor attitude (most, not all). They were trained to follow the rules of the corporation, not to satisfy the customer, even in small ways. If you requested something, it was as if they were doing you a favor. It was like a "rule-book" slowdown. If Oceania expects to compete in this space, they should behave like a luxury line, not a low end mass market cruise.

Kudos to our TA Harry Kroll for excellent job of booking. We have already booked again for 2024.

We were looking for a relaxing cruise with excellent food - and absolutley found it in this cruise. We had perfect weather. The Bermuda islands - beautiful beaches and stunning, clean water. Wow.

The Around the World Oceania Cruise was wonderful. We met several great new friends and saw marvelous sights all over the world.

Because we have fun and enjoyed our cruise, staff members’ friendliness and care for their guests, cleanliness of the entire boat, great and delicious food, we already booked our next cruise.

Poor room and some rough seas subtracted from a good itinerary and the excellent staff

This was our first time cruising on Oceania. However, we will cruising again in August 2023

For the price of this cruise I would not sail again with Oceania. It is the same quality as Celebrity or NCL.

We will do this cruise again next year. We have done it before and always enjoy it.

We enjoy Oceania and have booked another cruise, but the size of this ship and the less than excellent service in the main dining room were in stark contrast to our earlier voyages.

Oceania is a great cruise line but the Amazon was definitely disappointing. There is just not much to see and do there. A few animals and an indigenous tribe over a 25 day period is not worth the time or money. Oceania should improve their onboard activities .

Had a nice but quiet time on the Insignia. It was just what we wanted.

While we really liked the smaller size ship and lack of crowds or lines, the exceedingly older make up of the passengers did not translate into the "mature sophistication" experience we expected, but rather a somewhat depressing atmosphere instead. Although we were not looking for exciting nightlife activities or karaoke contests, finding interesting contemporaries on-board was almost impossible. And for a cruise line that touts its food as much as it does, the cuisine and any food-related activities was disappointing.

Had a great time and the cruise line is wonderful. Very attentive staff, remember your names and preference on drinks.

Worth going once, would not repeat it. We ate twice on the tour, could have done without it. Food on board definetly better.

it was a very restful trip, with (almost always) very good food. Cuba is really a place to visit. We hope, there will never be a McDonald. It's just so different, simple and beautiful. The people are one of the nicest we ever met. And we traveled around a lot.
