For having to deal with unusual weather the crew and ship did their best. But the Atlantis Excursion issue really upset me the most. Very unorganized and promised things at excursion were NOT available.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment with my recent cruise experience with your company. While I had high hopes for a fantastic time on your vessel, the trip turned out to be an unpleasant and stressful experience due to several issues that occurred throughout the journey. Firstly, there was a complete lack of vegetarian food options available on the ship. When I booked my ticket, I informed the company about my vegetarian dietary requirements, and I was assured that there would be plenty of food options available for me. However, once on board, I found that there were hardly any vegetarian dishes available, leaving me and other vegetarians on the ship incredibly hungry and unsatisfied. This lack of proper nutrition made us feel weak and ruined our enjoyment of the whole trip. Furthermore, the turbulence we experienced during the last night was a nightmare, to put it mildly. The rocking and swaying of the ship was so severe that we felt like we might capsize at any moment. The constant movement of the ship was accompanied by loud creaking noises that kept many of us awake all night, and some of the passengers even felt physically ill. The combination of these two issues, the lack of vegetarian food and the turbulence, has left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with your services. I paid a significant amount of money for the trip, and I feel like I have not received adequate service in return. I urge you to consider my complaints seriously and take steps to address these issues so that no one else has to experience the same kind of unpleasantness that I had to endure. I expect and hope that you will take the necessary measures to ensure a more positive and smooth cruising experience for all your customers. we request you to do full refund as our whole family is sick becuase of the food and turbulance issue

Absolutely wonderful Ship was clean , staff went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met and questions answered. Excellent dinner choices

Royal Carribean alwasy offers us the most relaxing time no matter how short or long our cruise is.

This is a very good quick cruise. AS always we wished it was loinger but good form spring break.

Main dining room on deck 3 food and service was top tier

I really enjoyed my three day cruise. This was my first cruise and a good way to get a glance on how cruise trips are. I would definitely book another cruise through Royal. The staff were amazing and eager to assist you. The food is pretty good, I enjoyed the buffet style better, since there are more options. There are plenty of activities to do in the ship to kill time.

The cruise was nice. Things have changed over the years, like free room service and the dining room experience, but it was still nice.

Overall everything was nice but disembark could have been way better!

We prefer longer cruises but if you’re a first time cruiser, these shorter ones are perfect to see if you like cruising

This is our 4th cruise on the Indy. Love the ship. Can’t wait to go again. It’s a great get away trip.

It was a good get away at a fair price but royal caribbean customer service was not helpful but our agent through cruiseonly was wonderful!

Our cruise was a graduation and Christmas gift for my granddaughter. We had the KEY which we greatly enjoyed. It was well worth the extra expense. The KEY allowed us a lunch without a crowd, and to have our carry-on luggage delivered to our room. It was nice to do the safety briefing by an app. We had the Taste of Royal which was my granddaughter's favorite thing. We spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi and on our balcony. We had room service bring us our morning beverages as well as pastries. All in all, it was a vacation to remember for both of us.

Wonderful first time experience. The staff was so helpful. The entertainment was first class.

Service was lacking. Food was average. Overall the cruise was below my expectations. Staff seemed to be not very energetic.

It was a holiday weekend birthday cruise for our neighbor. This cruise fit our purpose.

My travel agent is Christina Petty @ Dream Vacations. She is wonderful! I have had to book and rebook cruises because of covid, and she was so helpful thru all of the craziness! We both feel like we bonded over it. I am ready for my next cruise..lol.

Mr Mark (room steward) and Me Merta (dining room waiter) made this such a memorable trip for the boys. They quickly became friends. The shop has lots to do, but it's hard to become aware of all the options, even using the app.

A great weekend cruise to get away and relax, 1st time experiencing Coco Cay and I am very excited to be returning on a different ship mid July. The Main Dining Room experience always comes through spot on, our attendant was on point and personable.

Memorable Bahama Breeze was in fact memorable unfortunately due to the weather. If it had not been for the staff, service, accommodations, food/drink, and performers we would have been disappointed. Long story short we applaud the crew and performers. There are charges on my bill AFTER we received our statement that we will be looking into - not sure yet what these extras were.
