Review summary

Our cruise was a graduation and Christmas gift for my granddaughter. We had the KEY which we greatly enjoyed. It was well worth the extra expense. The KEY allowed us a lunch without a crowd, and to have our carry-on luggage delivered to our room. It was nice to do the safety briefing by an app. We had the Taste of Royal which was my granddaughter's favorite thing. We spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi and on our balcony. We had room service bring us our morning beverages as well as pastries. All in all, it was a vacation to remember for both of us.

My granddaughter and I had the KEY and it was wonderful. We were able to bypass the crowds and get onto the ship faster. The terminal personal were courteous and very helpful.

Food and Dining

The food was fantastic. We had the KEY so we had a good meal when we first arrived. We also booked the Taste of Royal. They were very attentive to my granddaughter's seafood allergy and provided replacement dishes for her. The main dining was good with cleanliness, atmosphere, and service being first class all the way. Our waiter helped my granddaughter to choose dishes that were within her dietary regime. The head waiter was also attentive to our needs. We only ate in the buffet once and it was ok.

Onboard Activities

We did not attend many activities on this cruise, but we did see the presentation of Grease and the 70's Dance Party. I went to 3 different trivia events. We spent a couple of hours in the arcade playing air hockey.
