I am writing to express my severe disappointment with my recent cruise experience with your company. While I had high hopes for a fantastic time on your vessel, the trip turned out to be an unpleasant and stressful experience due to several issues that occurred throughout the journey. Firstly, there was a complete lack of vegetarian food options available on the ship. When I booked my ticket, I informed the company about my vegetarian dietary requirements, and I was assured that there would be plenty of food options available for me. However, once on board, I found that there were hardly any vegetarian dishes available, leaving me and other vegetarians on the ship incredibly hungry and unsatisfied. This lack of proper nutrition made us feel weak and ruined our enjoyment of the whole trip. Furthermore, the turbulence we experienced during the last night was a nightmare, to put it mildly. The rocking and swaying of the ship was so severe that we felt like we might capsize at any moment. The constant movement of the ship was accompanied by loud creaking noises that kept many of us awake all night, and some of the passengers even felt physically ill. The combination of these two issues, the lack of vegetarian food and the turbulence, has left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with your services. I paid a significant amount of money for the trip, and I feel like I have not received adequate service in return. I urge you to consider my complaints seriously and take steps to address these issues so that no one else has to experience the same kind of unpleasantness that I had to endure. I expect and hope that you will take the necessary measures to ensure a more positive and smooth cruising experience for all your customers. we request you to do full refund as our whole family is sick becuase of the food and turbulance issue

We were on Indy in June and almost all of the Windjammer was Indian food, including vegetarian. I made a specific comment to my husband about it at one point. Regardless, there are plenty of options and you will not starve. As for the ocean, I am pretty sure a cruise captain has no control over the waves. I could be wrong? 😆🤷‍♀️

Your complaint about the ship rocking needs to made to Mother Nature or Poseidon as they are in charge of the seas. There are several vegetarian and/vegan options on most cruise ships. Maybe not the variety of an all vegetarian/vegan restaurant, but you can survive. This app is viewed by fellow cruisers NOT the cruise lines. So you will only get comments on your review and no monetary compensation here.

This site is not Royal Caribbean, Send your complaints directly to them. Rocking on a ship is normal, no different than turbulence on an airplane. That is not Royal Caribbean 's fault.
