Other reviews of that ship even since Covid have been good saying great service and love the ship. I have been on that ship and know it is beautiful, clean, lots of activities all day and evening, and service is great. You didn't rate the ports very well either. Maybe cruising is not for you. Seems you didn't enjoy anything about the cruise.

Appreciate your feedback. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Sadly, it appears there are few sailings that are even close to before the shutdown.
