My Google Review ..... Dealing with was like that icky feeling you get when leaving a sleezy car dealer. Had I looked here and seen all of the other 1 star reviews I would have used Vacations to Go again. We just returned from a cruise on RCCL Independent of the Seas and would like to spit on . They really messed up our vacation and they did it on purpose. Because rep Denise X. intentionally lied to us about our cruise booking we ended up sharing our balcony stateroom with our youngest kid. We are really P.O.'d at . We spent a lot of time planning this cruise and went over the details with agent over and over. We bought a balcony stateroom for 2 adults and an inside stateroom for our 3 kids across the hall. She insisted that the inside stateroom accommodated 3 kids. When we arrived and saw the inside it was clear she was wrong and RCCL front desk manager told us that if she was an experienced cruise travel agent then it's difficult for RCCL manager to see how she could have done it on accident. My advice use Vacations To Go.com We have done 10 cruises with them and won't be using ever again.

Was a wonderful way to spend our 59th Anniversary. Everyone made us feel so special. The dining experience in the Main Dining area and the one night in the special "Chops" Restaurant will be the most memorable - thanks to each employee involved.

Highly recommend going here. We weren't into the heavy planning, and just wanted to relax, drink, and vibe.

This ship was relaxing. Everything separated but close enough to each other

Good overall experience bio in great the ship size and number of people. A lot of activities during the day and evening. Good food and ports of call. Great chance to be active or relax

Great cruise, just a few a the staff was not friendly, especially in the casino and my room linen was dirty, but guest service upgraded my room because the room steward supervisor was rude to me and them!!

I was very impressed about the whole experience, they went out of there way to make this cruise extremely enjoyable and I will book again!!!

If you are a heavy drinker, the drink package is for you. Without it, light drinkers will pay $10 per beer and $11 per glass of house wine. If you are a smoker, you will love the Casino, one side of the outdoor pool area or outside on 1/2 of the ship (on the level walkers walks their miles daily) as smoking is allowed. I am not a smoker therefore I didn't like it.

This was a perfect getaway from the winter weather back home!

Loved everything about it! Will recommend it to all of our friends and family, worth every penny!

RELAXING BUT THIS CRUISE HAD TOO MANY KIDS RUNNING AROUND..GUESS IT WAS A HOLIDAY VALENTINES AND PRESIDENTS DAY.

Ship In general is great. I wish we have better waiters and food at dinner. In main dining room.

We enjoyed the cruise but would really appreciate an all adult cruise. There were maps of the ship at every elevator/stairway that proved very beneficial.

very disappointed with this cruise. dinner was disappointing and slow. gluten free options are awful. getting on was disorganized and a mess

need more gluten free options. should have soups, salads, breads and a dinner choice each evening. should also control the gluten free section better in the windjammer so no cross contamintaion by others just walking up.

service has gone down quite a bit from my last cruise. maybe because it was such a big ship.

Great mother daughter trip. This ship has something for everyone. Nice to see families with grandparents to kiddies. Lots of activities for all ages. Not overly crowded. Was comfortable.

We had a wonderful time on the Independence of the Seas in January! The Staff and Crew were stellar!

Phenomenal vacation. I was not disappointed in any area. I am amazed at how smoothly and well basically an entire city of people can float on the water and enjoy themselves for five days!
