1. There are a lot of activities included with the cruise fare. 2. I loved the Refreshment Beverage package. It was a good value compared to what we would’ve paid for individual drinks. 3. Our cabin was always clean and had fresh towels when we returned from our activities. 4. When I went to guest services to correct a charge on my account, Tisheka, was kind and went out of her way to get my account resolved. I also was able to remove the credit card on file to change it to a cash account. I also setup spending limits for the kids to stay within budget and booked reservations for the ice show there. 5. Our waiters, Syamsul & Igede, had the manger come to our table personally to discuss our special dietary needs and made sure to get us whatever we needed to enjoy our meals. The manager also came by our table to greet us and other guests every evening. 6. The water was very cold at Perfect Day so I didn’t spend much time in it, but we will definitely come back again in the Summer. 7. The chat feature in the app was great for us to communicate while doing our individual activities.

This was a nice getaway to places we have been many times. Its nice to have an excellent ship for a short cruise. Royal has done a good job with addressing the specter of Covid still hanging over us. This was our fourth cruise since the re-opening and each one is managed better.

Excellent return to cruising in a safe and responsible manner.

We wanted to see if cruising is still fun post-pandemic - it absolutely is! masks where necessary but not overwhelming. Staff accommodating, great ship. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed this break from the Christmas rush. The ship was decorated for the holiday so it gave us time to sit back and enjoy. I highly recommend this ship and Royal Caribbean!

we did a last minute cruise, and it was just what we needed. the sun was warm, the beers cold and the staff were great. we have 2 cruises already scheduled for 2022. thought RCCL did a great job on keeping up the health protocols.

We will be back again and choose Royal Caribbean they were all so helpful and we had a wonder rest

We love cruising but wearing the masks in corridors and open areas when you have asthma is hard. Wish the whole ship was vaccinated restricted so we could get rid of masks.

Royal Caribbean should have had this ship in tiptop shape being out of service the past year and half. Many systems need work. Makes one wonder how things are maintained below deck. Their workers are their best asset. Everyone is friendly. The staff pushes cleanliness and when you went into the Windjammer there was this server that was dancing and singing "Washy Washy". People really got a kick out that and there were many smiles. They had 12 sinks with soap and faucets before you went in. Some were out of soap (so you had to try others before you found one working)

Very impressed with what Royal Caribbean is doing to help with the covid problem. With the exception of not enforcing "their" rule about Unvaccinated Children in Vaccinated Only areas (Specifically Bars). Wish there had been places to dance in the evening.

We really had a nice time! The ship was clean, cabin was clean, the ice show is amazing! A must see! Crew was really nice and accommodating!

Bring your own food or do paid dining. Don't buy the Refreshment drink package. If you do included dining, lean toward fried foods. Do not get the prime rib or the key lime pie.

Overall, not a bad ship. We were challenged with some of the COVID rules and regulations as they were either not equally enforced or didn't seem to make sense - i.e., we could walk freely on the Deck 5 Promenade but our children could not SIT in chairs on the same Promenade. Seemed weird. There were limited activities for the children but we made up for that. Missing Coco Cay was hard since we were really looking forward to it. In general things seemed to be aimed at a slightly older crowd. Oh and can we please, finally, get rid of smoking on the ship??
