Overall we were very satisfied. We can't find much to complain about. However, we believe RCCL is still in the recovery mode for example no stock in RCCL store, unpredictable meals in MDR and mass confusion getting off the ship on the last day. Hopefully with time they will be up to snuff. We will see in our August sailing.

Very fast and efficient. The revised Royal app is great. Having the video Safety app speeds things up. Unfortunately crew members were not in position for or checkin. None the less we were in Windjammer in less than 30 minutes from the garage.

Despite some bad reviews about the quality of food at the Windjammer we found their offerings exceptionally good as were Johnny Rockets and Fish and Ships. Lattes on the Promenade were great. We were disappointed with the food in MDR where the food has lost its flavors and cooks either over or undercooked meat dishes. Wait service was great and very aware of kitchen issues.

All shows were great. Reservations were not required. For our sailing we we didn't get the full version of Grease. However,orchestra, vocalist, dancers etc. Were outstanding.

We have no complaints. Crew members are very friendly and went over and beyond to make you happy. We are happy to report that the photographers were not as pushy and understood "no".
Ship tip
Do not over plan or get in a rush. This is an the perfect opportunity to relax
For us construction and distance from our pier was the main reason we did not get off the ship. Would suggest RCCL establish shuttle service similar to Coco Cay.
Absolutely terrible. Crew overwhelmed by number of self carriers resulting in a mass pushing and rushing to get off the ship.
We can appreciate the desire for speedy departure. But better management of the exit flow is needed
Ship leadership needs to review exit strategies at Muster Stations and demarcation. Our experience causes concern as to crew training in these areas.
