We met our cabin steward at 1pm on embarkation day and told him we needed our beds separated, towels, ice, etc. Standard requests. After 4 requests in person and 4 phone calls throughout the day, it was finally taken care of by another room steward at 1:30am the next day. Iwayan and Jai in the main dining room were excellent!

Ship Quality

Design was a little weird getting to places on deck 3. On previous Royal Caribbean cruises you consistently saw staff cleaning common areas, hand rails and elevator buttons. On this cruise I did not once see anyone cleaning common areas, rails or buttons. This is probably why my ship companion now has Covid the day after the cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

Except for the problems with our cabin steward our cabin was set up nice. Lots of storage for a cruise cabin. Very large balcony compared to Oasis class balcony. But you can see the wear and tear of this being an older ship.

Ship tip

We did manage to enjoy our cruise. Just remember to take the time to enjoy the experience. Also remember to allow enough time to get to shows and events, the ships very crowded and are full now.
