Overall was very good. Just the check in process is a pain especially if you have kids.
Embarkation

I paid for the KEY. Which means you are supposed to get priority embarkation. Our experience was anything but that. Due to everyone needing tested and return negative and kids needing tested again, people with shots didn't need retested. But after arriving it took an additional 2 hours or more of waiting around for kids to be tested again and results and showing paperwork that was required. So I didn't get the special lunch and welcome for KEY members. On check in still before boarding (I had to locate the negative results on my phone since it was 2 days before didn't have a chance to print. We had already left. We didn't get my husbands negative result until the morning that the shuttle was taking us to the port.) A staff member of RCCL said I didn't know what I was doing perfectly within earshot. That was extremely rude!!

Food was excellent and waiters were beyond words. 5 star food and 5vstar service in the MDR.
Onboard Activities

The pools and hot tub were very good and always had a lifeguard. We went to the bow of the ship 2 times I always wanted to do that and I loved it. The last night we all watched a movie from the hot tub. The sail away party was great. Its always one of my favorite things on the cruise. I want to learn the wobble and cupid shuffle. They always play those. (To the the right, to the right, to the right, to the left, to the left, to the left and walk it out).......
Entertainment

We saw the ice show and it was very good. The skaters are excellent. Formal Olympians.
We also saw Grease. Iw was very good just the seat we had you couldn't see very good. It the balcony on the side.
Service and Staff

The room attendant was very good. He went out of his way to do anything he could. I tipped him well on the last day. The staff in the MDR and all restaurants were excellent.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was good and our room steward was very attentive. I made sure to tip him generously. Next time will get a suite. It was a little small for 2 adults and 2 children. We had a balcony room.
Ship tip
They said masks may need to be worn in public areas and at ports. No one did and no one said anything. But I had it just in case.
We didn't really do an excursion. We got a cab to Atlantis and saw the dig aquarium which is wonderful. We walked outside around the pool area, we had lunch at a deli overlooking the area where there are beautiful yachts docked. We got a cab back toward the ship. I asked to be let out at the Pirate museum. It was very cool and fun. The kids liked it and we got lots of souvenirs there. (My grandchildren) The walk back to the ship wasn't bad after that. We shopped on the way.
They knocked on my door at just before 9 am. They said I was supposed to be off the ship at 830. Last cruise we didn't have to be off til between 10 to 11 am but ten we disembarked at 930. So I was getting ready anyway and we were out of the room at 915. Then took the shuttle to the airport.
Nice review thanks. Can be confusing with adults and children getting the correct documents to sail. Sounds to me you did a good job and your family enjoyed the cruise
