Couldn't agree more canal view. Not all cruise lines are the same and not all ships are the same. We need constructive comments which can help people to decide which ship or which time of year might be for them. I love cruising but can appreciate that it might not be for everyone. I go in September when the number of children is not high and wouldn't choose a mini cruise as I like the relaxation on a longer cruise. Just get fed up of people using these reviews to have a personal rant at the cruise lines by over emphasising certain things. There is no way that the food is horrible, they are providing plenty of choice each day for thousands of people. It would be more helpful to suggest to potential cruisers that they may need to go on a small ship or a more up market cruise line if they want gourmet meals. The lines on this ship are not normally too bad but again with the number of passengers on the larger ships it stands to reason that at some times you will have to wait.

If you disembark on the self assist schedule, there are no numbers used. Just a long line of people anxious to leave. Then the number system begins.. Royal has started a new system of quiet exits. They don,t make any announcements. Just leave at you scheduled time. Of course, this program doesn,t work when there is a delay at immigration.
