Review summary

The ship was beautiful. The cruise was fun and will be going again. The only problem that needs to be addressed is the dining room service with the anytime dining. The server was rude. Will not do anytime dining again on that ship.

Our server was rude. The steak we got was tough and he said he would bring back another dinner and never returned. The head waiter came by once and asked what we ordered and he went back to see where the order was and he never returned. Was very disappointed. The service on this cruise in the anytime dining room was awful. We have cruised many times and never had any problem with the dining room, food, or service.

Worst server we ever had. Many cruises we have been on and never had a rude, non-caring, unfriendly server. Maybe it was time for him to take a break off the boat. But we will never do my time dining again on that ship. And when we go again in march 1, 2018 we will not be dining in my time dining.

Our Cabin stewart was very sweet and caring. She did a great job keeping towels in our bathroom and keeping the room fresh every time we left our room was neat and clean when we returned. I asked for ice to be put in our ice bucket everyday and it was. She always used our names when she said hi as we walked by. She was always smiling. We tipped her extra on the side because she was awesome.

Ship tip

Everything about the ship was worth sailing on. The dining room waiter needs to addressed. Other then that we enjoyed the boat, island and casino. Worth sailing on with family and friends. Beautiful ship.

We have just come off Independence, we had 8.30 seating every night and our servers were fabulous!! Couldn't do enough for us and plus we had fun with them too!!

We done anytime dining last year and our servers couldn't have done more for us so much so we asked for the same table every night.
