Review summary

The ship was very nice and clean. It was our first experience. We didn't expect such a crowd of children, little did we know so many people brought their families on a cruise. Live & learn!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Main dining room, Romeo & Juliet, was peaceful. Windjammer & Jade were crazy busy & crowded.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Something for everyone at any time of the day or night!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Especially enjoyed the ice show & comedian! Dancers & singers were good, as well as the movie "Creed" (acoustics hard to understand).

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Randy Johnson (head waiter), Adam Yanis (assistant waiter), were awesome. They were friendly, professional and accommodating.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very impressed with the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our stateroom housekeeper was great, our room was always cleaned properly. She also makes the cutest towel animals to come in to see in the evenings (bunny, monkey)!

Ship tip

If you want peace and quiet, don't cruise on Easter week when the kids are out of school. Otherwise, the cruise was very enjoyable.

saw the Mayan ruins, interesting. Next time, I'd pass on it and stay on the ship.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Really enjoyed our Jeep adventure into the ecological areas of Cozumel.

Just some words of wisdom for your next cruise. The lower the fares and length of cruise both contribute to the amount of families with kids. The longer cruises tend to get another type of traveler with wheelchairs and lots of scooters. Also time of year really plays into the mix. Sounds like you went during spring break??!!
