Review summary
we have sailed with R.C. Before and have had good experiences, but not as good this time. After paying top dollar for this cruise, we could not even get the cruise line to press a suit without a fee. We had no perks added onto our original cruise price, so we paid extra for everything, including water and sodas. They offered a tour of the galley and ship bottom, but of course this was extra also. Really, we were not paying to see the ship workings. The food at the buffet was generally mediocre...not hot..lukewarm! I must give credit to housekeeping...very excellent and the servers in the main dining room worked very hard and tried very hard to please us.

Sorry to read that this cruise was not up to your expectations. All cruise ships charge extra for pressing unless you are high up in their loyality program. Also, all cruise ships charge extra for water and soda as well as alcoholic beverages. I assume since you been on previous cruises that you knew this was standard for cruise lines. Thanks for posting your review here.
