The best cruise that I've ever been on. Every aspect was thought of.

I loved everything about this cruise. Never felt crowded and we were a full ship. Destination elevators are the best. Food, entertainment, activities were awesome. I must mention the veterans recognition was very moving and great to see.

Icon of the Seas is a vast improvement over previous ships. Royal Caribbean has applied countless lessons learned to truly make this the ultimate cruise ship. You will not be disappointed. Yes it is the world's largest cruise ship, but it never felt crowded. I can not recommend it enough.

Had the worst experience. My time dinning never worked as adviced. I was told max wait of 15 min, not true at all. Just went 1 time to the main dinning, finished every night at the buffet, my girls could not wait. Photo staff/counter advance me of wrong info. all 4 of us got bitten in our legs. kids club personnel need more communication skills Great ship, great elevators, that's all

If possible, please have some expert to estimate how many people and their food preference on a board, then estimate how much food, etc need to prepare in order to reduce food waste.

it was amazon aside from not being able to go to coco cay there should have been another place to take us.

Although they cancelled one of our ports due to a problem with the ship, the boat was simply amazing and we enjoyed the 2 ports we did visit immensely. Terrific shows and spa treatment was worth the money! Great 25th anniversary!

Very disappointed with the amount of children running around the ship unattended yelling and screaming. This made it really difficult to enjoy our cruise!

A beautiful ship, however there is very little for just adults. The adult area is super super small, the pool was very very small and there was only one pool for adults. It was standing room only in the pool. The daybed in the hideaway is NOT worth the price. The kids were terrible. Running around the entire ship with NO RULES. They were even at the swim up bar sitting at the bar :(

Icon of the Seas far exceeded our expectations! The ship was beautiful with so many different neighborhoods. It offered so many different types of entertainment and music genres. The food quality, quantity, presentation, variety, and flavor far exceeded that of any other cruise I have ever been on!

Having the entire immediate family was great. Everyone had a great time!

Royal Caribbean makes is so easy to get on and off the ship. Literally no waiting....and the luggage was delivered to the rooms within a few hours. The staff was excellent. Our room attendant, Mark, was excellent. Despite the number of people on the ship, it never seemed overcrowded, probably because the ship is so large. Excellent time.

For me, this is a one time cruise. I wanted to experience the Icon. Although it was a great experience, I will not book on this ship again. There were too many children, as I should have expected. And, as this was just before they were going back to school, I will not plan a cruise at this time of the year again.

The cruise was great!! The ship was amazing!! So much to do and see!

The cruise was a great time. My daughter and I want to plan a girls trip next.

The cruise over all is excellent and we had a great time. But we are disappointed about the Perfect day where we spent 1500 and were not provided a credit for service we did not use. We hope Royal will make it better since they still have time to give us the credit, so we can enjoy the true magic of perfect day at cococay for our upcoming trip of 4/19/25-4/26/25. We are Loyal customers and we have booked another trip in spite of the glich on Coco Cay and we hope Royal understands and make the right decision in giving us credit.

Great experience with my husband. Ship was beautiful, neat and clean. Food was delicious and entertainment kept my attention. Definitely a must cruise again.

This was my first RC cruise and it did not disappoint. From the overall cleanliness of the ship to the finest details of service. RC aims to please. I was disappointed with the itinerary change, but it was done for our safety, and that was greatly appreciated.
